Pastor Caleen Howard is an Ordained Minister of the Church of God, Author, Conference Speaker, Song Writer, and Recording Artist.  For over 25 years, she has served in various leadership capacities including: Church Planter, Executive Pastor, Regional Music Director, Regional Women's Board Member, Interim Lead Pastor, and Interim District Overseer (notably, the first female Ordained minister to serve in this capacity within the Eastern Canada Region).

“Pastor C”, as she is affectionately called, is a powerful, enthusiastic leader whose passion for God and His people is evident in everything she does.  Her unique and dynamic approach to singing and ministering God’s word has allowed her to relate and impact the lives of both young and old.  In addition to her local church service, she founded “True Worship” a ministry training program for churches, worship teams, and musicians; and SHINE Teen Girls Association, a mentorship network for teen girls.  In 2016 she co-authored her first book with her Late husband, Bishop Dr. Shawn Howard, entitled “7 Love Keys to a Successful Marriage:  Principles for a Lasting Relationship”, and a subsequent book entitled "Worshipper."  In March 2017, she released her inaugural live Praise & Worship album entitled “I Am Free”; and has written and produced musical singles including:  “Without You”, “Sing Praises to the King”, and “Dwelling Place."

While Pastor Caleen continually pours out her life in ministry to others, her family remains her first priority and she regards her service to them as the greatest of all.  She is the proud mother of three beautiful children – Malachi, Caleb, and Jordynn-Renée Howard.
